The first diving TUDOR watch came out in 1954, the TUDOR “Submariner reference 7922”, and today TUDOR Heritage Black Bay from this first model takes its dome crystal and the overall line. Also, it owes its gratitude to the old ancestor to both for the dial that they share and more of which are extinct. The winding crown on this model was introduced in public in 1958 under the reference 7924 with title "Big Crown." That this model is a combination of its ancestors is also indicated by the fact that its characteristics angular hands are seen in the period from 1969 until the early 80's, better known as "snowflakes".
