The objective of Operation Conshelf was to create underwater habitats for saturation divers to "Dwell" in, on the "Sea" floor. The brave team, Albert Falco and Claude Wesly swam into history when they became the first "Oceanauts" or "Aquanauts" or "Sea-Dwellers [Rolex]" to live or "Dwell" under the sea.
