A touch of eternity: Rolex Cellini Time

Baselworld 2015 - The new Cellini Time captures the present as if nothing else were important; nothing but the magic of the moment. Hours, minutes and seconds form the essence of time. It is a witness to life's most precious occasions.

The Cellini Time is offered this year in four new versions with a touch of eternity – their bezels resplendent with diamonds, like some of the dials. Reinterpreting with elegant modernity the timeless codes of classic watchmaking, the applique hour markers are divided by a minute track that has been moved towards the centre of the dial, closer to the tips of the hands. Faceted and shaped like two-edged swords, the hands count off each second, each minute and each hour with the full precision of the self-winding chronometer movement at the heart of these prestigious timepieces.

The new gem-set Cellini Time models are offered in 18 ct white or Everose gold with a 39 millimeters case and a single or double bezel set with diamonds. The double bezel combines a row of 96 diamonds with the fluting emblematic of Rolex watches. Its black lacquer dial is accentuated by 11 diamonds at the tip of the hour markers....
